Georgina Rodriguez has seemingly confirmed Cristiano Ronaldo’s retirement date. Ronaldo has maintained high levels of professionalism despite clocking 39 years of age.
Currently at Al-Nassr, the Portuguese icon’s longevity has been down to a strict gym routine and healthy lifestyle. He is still a regular for the national team and is expected to be Roberto Martinez’s first name for the Euro 2024 championships.
When will Ronaldo retire?
His partner, Rodriguez, has, however, confirmed that Ronaldo will call quits on his career in one or two years’ time. The Argentina-born model was speaking at the Paris Fashion Week.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s career
Ronaldo came through the youth ranks of Sporting Lisbon before Sir Alex Ferguson spotted him and brought him to Manchester United. He led six prolific years in England, winning the 2008 Ballon d’Or before moving to Real Madrid.
The winger adapted to a number nine, spending nine years in the Spanish capital. He added four more Ballon d’Ors and Champions League titles, among other honours, before moving to Juventus in 2018.
At Juventus, he won the Serie A twice before returning to Manchester United for a second stint, ending on a sour note. He famously fell out with Erik ten Hag, who banished him from the squad following an explosive interview with Piers Morgan.
He has since revitalized his career in Saudi Arabia amid a fierce title challenge with Al-Hilal. Al-Nassr are second with 53 points, nine behind their competitors.
Georgina wears Ronaldo-inspired dress
Rodriguez paid homage to Ronaldo by wearing a dress inspired by his favourite number – seven.
Sports Brief reported that the dress worn by the mother of two of Ronaldo’s children also had the autograph of the former Juventus star.
The couple met in 2016 at a Gucci star and have five children together.
